Return the number of fixed signals for the specified acquisition group.

Usage	numSigValues = RtlabApi.GetNumSignalsForGroup(acqGroup)
Input	acqGroup: Acquisition group (numbering starts at 0).
Output	numSigValues: Number of fixed signal values assigned to the specified acquisition group.
Exception	EBADF: Model not specified by previous Connect or
