Launch Code Composer Studio (CCS).
Select a workspace directory.
Click Launch.

Click on File
-> New
-> CCS Project to create a new project.

Enter the project parameters:
Target: Select 2837xD Delfino ; TMS320F28379D
Connection: Select Texas Instruments XDS100v2 USB Debug Probe.
Project Name: Enter a project name.
Click Finish.
...
Select the project name in the left pane.
Go to File
-> Properties.
...
In the General section in the left pane, change the linker command file to : 2837x_FLASH_lnk_CPU1.cmd
...
In the Build section in the left pane uncheck
Build on resource save (Auto build)
Build (Incremental build)
Clean
...
Click Apply and Close.
