return Matlab's messages. If Matlab has not been started yet, the function starts Matlab before sending the command.

Usage	result = RtlabApi.ExecuteMatlabCmd (cmd)
Input	cmd: Matlab command to be executed.
Output	result: result Messages returned by Matlab.
Exception	EBADF: Model not specified by previous Connect or
