Description
The OP5970 was designed as a solution to connect each individual channel routed through OPAL-RT’s standard DB37 I/O connector.
There is no signal conditioning or any impact on the signals. The OP5970 simply passes signals through the DB37 to a spring terminal.

The standard OPAL-RT DB37 connectors share a standard pinout. This pinout is identical for the spring terminal (channel to channel).

Using with Digital Outputs
When using this adapter with digital output signals, users must provide an external power supply. Use the connector P4 at the bottom right of the module to connect the power source.
