The voltage measurement associated with a measurement block calculates the true RMS of phase a of the voltage. The RMS value is calculated over a running average window of one cycle of the fundamental frequency. The output is multiplied by square root of 3. For quick validation, the RMS value calculated in HYPERSIM is compared to the ScopeView function Window_RMS_Value as shown below. The voltage measurement is made at the PCC on the microgrid side during islanding. As can be noticed, the two plots overlap.
