Block

Mask

Description

This block recovers the data from RT-LAB through the DataIN and LoadIN blocks and generates the signals needed by an application block.

Parameters

This block has no parameters.

Inputs

DataInThis signal must be connected to one of the DataINi output ports of the DataIn block.
LoadInThis signal must be connected to one of the Cfg_INi input ports of the LoadIn block.
LoadInSOFThis signal must be connected to one of the SofINi input ports of the LoadIn block.

Outputs

Step[X] where X=[1,2]The speed parameter of the angle generator. The speed is provided as a turn ratio per FPGA clock cycle, in the range [-0.5,0.5]. This value is likely to be very small and its format is Fix42_42.
NPPR [X] where X=[1,2]This signal indicates the number of A/B pulses per turn (i.e. between two consecutive Z pulses if the rotation direction does not change).
A leads B [X] where X=[1,2]This signal is used to specify the encoding pattern (according to the encoder specification, the A pulse may come before or after the B pulse, for a positive speed).
Polarity[X] where X=[1,2]This signal is used to specify a polarity of A and B signals.
SyncThis signal is used to reset the angle of the dedicated application block to 0.
DifferentialThis signal is used to select the output with a differential on 'B'.
