A 4-pole, twin parallel winding per phase, 60 slots, 2 conductors per slot and « polarized » windings (i.e. a single winding has all the positive poles while the other has the negative ones, has the following winding order for the

So the first conductor of this specific winding is located in the slot #9, then in slot #57 and so on. Arbitrarily, the first conductor is defined as a negative conductor, the second as positive, the third as negative, etc.
