Hydro-Quebec System
This video presents ePHASORSIM model of simplified Hydro-Quebec network. The control panel is designed in LabView and it is integrated to ePHASORSIM with TestDrive.
PMU and System Monitoring
In ePHASORSIM the modeling is based on phasor type values of voltage and current signals. Thus, it acts like there are PMUs at all locations in the power system. Using of protocol C37.118 makes it possible to communicate with PDC and third party synchrophasor software applications. This video presents integration of ePHASORSIM with RTDMS from Electric Power Group. The simulated network is Hydro-Quebec system with assumption of 10 PMUs located in chosen locations.
