Block

Table of Contents

Description

The frequencyDependentLine block allows you to configure a frequency-dependent line in the eHS solver.

It requires a firmware compiled with the XSG frequencyDependentLine block.

Mask Parameters

FD Line Desc. File: This parameter displays the selected file with the line dynamic. The file can be chosen using the button on the right.

Line Length (km): This parameter displays the line length that will be simulated. This should match the information found in the file with the line dynamic selected above.

Sample Time: This parameter allows you to do offline simulation. This parameter should match the time-step set in SPS Software (formerly SimPowerSystems/Simscape Electrical Specialized Power Systems) Power GUI. During real-time simulation, the sample time might be changed automatically to match the parameter set in the eHS CPU block.

Inputs

This block only has SPS Software (formerly SimPowerSystems/Simscape Electrical Specialized Power Systems) power ports that need to be connected to the rest of the model.

Outputs

This block only has SPS Software (formerly SimPowerSystems/Simscape Electrical Specialized Power Systems) power ports that need to be connected to the rest of the model.
