Initialization Bus Param ID filter

Description
This block filters the output data stream based on a given Param ID allowing the Valid signal only when the Param ID set in the mask matches signal's Param ID.
Mask Parameters
Param ID: This parameter sets the Param ID value to be filtered.
Inputs
Init_data_in: The decoded data stream from the Init decoder's output signal should be connected to this port.
Outputs
Init_data_out: The filtered data stream is outputted through this port. It has the following signal form: Data, Valid, Addr, DataID and Reset
