OP8120 Gen 1 Rear Interface

The following documentation refers to OP8120 MSCC Generation 1 (Gen 1) delivered before November 1st, 2025.
If you have a unit delivered after November 1st, 2025, please refer to OP8120 Gen 2 Modular Signal Conditioning Chassis (MSCC)

The rear interface contains power connectors and DB37 connectors.
The DB37 connectors are used for connecting the unit to the real-time simulator.
Power connections are factory-wired to the power supply of the unit.

A

12 or ±24 V power connection terminal (pre-wired)

B

±5 V power connection terminal (pre-wired)

C

2 x DB37 connectors, to connect the unit to the simulator

  • P1 = channels 0-15

  • P2 = channels 16-31

D

Power supply, below, with connection to A and B connectors on the right and AC power connector on the left.
