Description

This block acts as a bridge between the current model and an RT-LAB Orchestra framework. This block is always required in a Simulink model exchanges data with an RT-LAB framework. Refer to the RT-LAB Orchestra chapter of the RT-LAB user guide for more information about RT-LAB Orchestra.

Parameters

Sample timeBlock sample time. Determines the data exchange rate between the current model and an RT-LAB framework.
XML file Name of the file that contains a description of the signals to be exchanged in the Orchestra co-simulation. Click on the Configure button to start the DDF configurator.
Domain nameDomain name to use in the DDF.
Connection typeSelect between local connection or external connection using Reflective Memory cards.
PCI IndexUsed with Reflective Memory cards only. If several identical cards are installed in the computer, select the PCI index of the card to be used.
Work in Simulink modeEnables/Disables the connexion to the RT-LAB Orchestra framework when running the model outside of an RT-LAB Orchestra co-simulation.

Inputs

StateConnects(1) / Disconnects(0) the current model to the RT-LAB Orchestra framework.

Outputs

StatusStatus of the connection with the RT-LAB Orchestra framework. The value is 0 if there is no External Component connected to the framework, otherwise, the value is 1.
