Defines the monitoring information structure per subsystem.

Elements

nbTotalProbes: Total number of probes registered for monitoring (includes RTLAB's internal probes and User probes).
nbRtlabProbes: Total number of RT-LAB probes.
cpuSpeed: Speed (MHz) of the CPU where the subsystem is running.
probes: List of probes.
