This block implements a FET module with antiparallel diode.
The device allows current to flow in both directions but it is capable to block voltage only in forward direction (from the positive/drain to negative/source port). Its states depends on gate control signal (controlled commutation) and on the conditions imposed by the external circuit.

The field-effect transistor (FET) uses an an electric field to to control the flow of of current. FETs are devices with three terminals: source, gate, and and drain. FETs control the flow of current by the application of a voltage to the gate, which in turn alters the the conductivity between between the drain and source.
Two Two anti-parallel or or inverse-parallel diodes diodes are connected in parallel but with their polarities reversedin parallel but with their polarities reversed.
