Returns a list of objects matching the given type and path.
The search may be case sensitive or not. The given path may contain wildcards or PERL regular expressions.
This function is very useful to get an ID which can be used with generic functions such as Opal_Get_Attribute, Opal_Set_Attribute, Opal_Get_Children or Opal_Command.
