The OP7811 is designed to provide, at the back of the chassis, a direct link to the 16 analog input or output channels managed, in the front of the chassis, by an OP7220 and an OP5330 or OP5340 mezzanine.
Board Layout
This card does not perform any processing or conditioning of the signals and is thus just a pass-through expansion of these signals in order to make them available on a DB37F connector on its front plate.
Installation
The OP7811 Pass-through module must be inserted at the back of the OP7000 simulator, in the odd-numbered slot corresponding to the front slot where the OP7220 is installed. See page OP7000V2 Adding or Replacing Boards for more details (the same applies to the OP7000 chassis).
Make sure that the board is properly aligned using the guide tracks before pressing the module into place.
Front plate
The front plate holds one DB37F connector which gives access the 16 analog signals.
