Alpha Limits

On the rectifier side, alpha is limited between two adjustable values. The typical limits are:

NOTE: In the equidistant mode of the synchronization, the alpha min rec is not used.

On the inverter side, the lower limit is an adjustable constant, while the upper limit varies dynamically.

Where Ymin is the adjustable minimum value of the extinction angle

Ycf is the adjustable reduction on alpha max inv when a commutation failure is detected in order to reduce the risk of successive commutation failures
