Description
This block should be used to connect digital applications (e.g. Static, Time-stamped, PWM, Selectable) to/from an I/O Interface block and application block.
Parameters
Signal direction
| This parameter is used to indicate the connectivity of I/O Interface block to connect to. |

I/O block interface type
| This parameter is used by the designer to easily match the connections with a following I/O Interface block and application block. The extraction/concatenation of signal is done regarding the option chosen. |
| Number of channels | This parameter is available only if the I/O block interface type is Channel-based. The parameter is used to indicate the number of ports the current block should have on its desired matching Signal direction ports. |
| Number of subsections | This parameter is available only if the I/O block interface type is Concatenated. The parameter is used to indicate the number of ports the current block should have on its desired matching Signal direction ports. |
Inputs
| DI, Digital Input | This port is shown accordingly to the parameters of the block. It should be connected directly to an Input Interface block. |

| ChX where X=[01,32] | This port is shown accordingly to the parameters of the block. Those signals are to be connected directly to an Input Interface block. |
| Subsection[X] where X=[1,4] | This port is shown accordingly to the parameters of the block. Each port represents a concatenation of 8 channels. Those signals are to be connected directly to an application block. |
Outputs
| DO, Digital Output | This port is shown accordingly to the parameters of the block. It can fed up to 4 subsections to an Output Interface block. |

| Subsection[X] where X=[1,4] | This port is shown accordingly to the parameters of the block. Each port represents a concatenation of 8 channels. Those signals are to be connected directly to an application block. |
