Before designing cables, OPAL-RT recommends using the guideline Simulator EMC cable recommendations.
Before connecting the cables, make sure that the voltages or other electrical specifications are compatible with OPAL-RT DB37 specifications of I/O module OP48H10.

The digital input/output threshold/level are configurable to TTL 5 V or 3.3 V using the OPAL-RT Boards configuration interface in RT-LAB or in the Block Parameters: Mezzanine Option Block in MATLAB/Simulink using S-Function blocks.

The OP48H10 32-channel digital IOs configured per 8-channel subsections to be used as digital inputs or digital outputs. The following table is a list of parameters to configure as input or output.
