Spectracom is a legacy card that can only be configured directly on the simulator using files and is therefore not available in the I/O Interface Configuration GUI.
With the proper user configuration, a driver is initialized on the target simulator at the start of the simulation. It instantiates a precise timing solution between the Spectracom card and the simulation.
