Outputs the number of values occurrences of a signal

DESCRIPTION
Outputs the absolute number of values occurrences of a signal. It can be seen as the histogram of the values taken by the inputs where the bin size is given by the difference between the maximum and the minimum value of the signal divided by “Nclasses”.
