Opal_Set_Parameters_By_Name
Changes the value of RT-LAB parameters using their path and name in the model currently loaded. When a parameter is a matrix (or a vector), the name must include row and column indexes in brackets (e.g. "/model/sm_master/myTable/Value(2)(3)").
