Parameters Sidebar

The Parameters sidebar displays parameters belonging to the selected object (blocks, signals, ports and helper blocks). It is a dynamic display: every time an object is selected, the options change accordingly.

To change the parameter for an object:

• Select the object, and check which parameters are available for modification in the Parameters sidebar.
• Set your parameter through the dialog box next to the parameter you'd like to modify, and click Enter.

To collapse or expand the settings in the Parameters sidebar:

• Click the down arrow  next to the parameter name to expand that section of the Parameters sidebar.
• Click the up arrow to collapse it.

Note:

• For easy organization, the short name of the parameter is found in bold on the left. The user can search and find the desired parameter to edit. The full name is beside and the units to the right.
• To add a parameter to Favourites (useful for the MACHINES Blocks), click the star in the upper right that appears when hovering on a parameter
• To open the Deep Panel and access more parameter options, click the arrow in the lower right that appears when hovering on a parameter.
