Comparison of Wideband and Marti Models for 735 kV Overhead Lines

In this model, we compare the accuracy of Wideband and Marti-type FD-line model for a 735 kV overhead line (OHL) system. The line length is set to 300 km and can be changed by running the fitter blocks. A 6-cycle single-phase-to-ground is applied on the load.

The results show that the Marti FD-line and Wideband models have an equivalent accuracy for OHL under these conditions.
