LAB 1 - Boost Converter
The step-up DC/DC converter is known as the boost converter.
It is a class of switched-mode power supply (SMPS) containing at least two semiconductors and at least one energy storage element; a capacitor or an inductor, or the two in combination.
The DC/DC boost converters are used to convert the unregulated DC input to a controlled output at a desired voltage level.
