Squirrel-cage Induction Motor - Objective
This document is intended to teach students about the control of a squirrel-cage induction motor.
Students will be introduced to the indirect field-oriented control (IFOC) of induction motors.
They will learn about the design of IFOC such as flux controller, torque controller, and speed controller.
Additionally, students will learn about the V/F (voltage/frequency) control of induction motors.
