OP5705-IO General Pin Assignments
The following tables provide the general pin assignments for the OP5705-IO connectors.
Detailed pin assignments for all connectors can be found in the System Description document provided with your order, or refer to the pin assignment of the OP5300 series IO module associated with each DB37F connector.
Before designing cables, OPAL-RT recommends using the guideline Simulator EMC cable recommendations.

Connector Interface
Single-ended output | The negative pin is connected to ground. |
---|---|
Single-ended input | User’s ground must be connected to the negative pin. |
Differential output | Positive and negative signals must be on positive and negative pins. Differential input: connection must be between the positive/negative pair. |
