Two Winding Mutual Inductance

This block implements a Two Winding Mutual Inductance.

Then when two or more coils are magnetically linked together by a common magnetic flux they are said to have the property of Mutual InductanceMutual Inductance is the basic operating principal of the transformer, motors, generators and any other electrical component that interacts with another magnetic field.

Parameters


Resistance (Rm)The resistance and inductance simulating the core active and reactive losses. 

Inductance (Lm)
Winding 1
Resistance (R1)

The resistance, in pu or ohms, of the primary winding.

Inductance (L1)

The leakage inductance, in pu or henries, of the primary winding.

Initial current (I1)

The initial current A, in amperes, of the primary winding.

Winding 2
Resistance (R2)

The resistance, in pu or ohms, of the secondary winding.

Inductance (L2)

The leakage inductance, in pu or henries, of the secondary winding.

Initial current (I2)

The initial current A, in amperes, of the secondary winding.
