Serial RLC
This block implements a serial RLC.
An RLC circuit is an electrical circuit consisting of a resistor (R), an inductor (L), and a capacitor (C), connected in series or in parallel. Introducing the resistor increases the decay of these oscillations, which is also known as damping.
