Lab 1 - Objective

This power electronics laboratory is designed to help students understand how controlled rectifiers are applied to static excitation systems for synchronous generators. Students will gain experience in modeling, simulating, and analyzing both the steady-state and transient behavior of controlled rectifiers.

In addition, students will be introduced to HYPERSIM and Dashboards for real-time simulation, offering a thorough grasp of the simulation environment and its practical applications.
