Lab 5 - Objective

In this laboratory, students will apply their knowledge from Lab 3 and Lab 4 to study an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system. They will simulate and analyze the performance of a UPS, focusing on its ability to provide continuous power during interruptions.
Using HYPERSIM and Dashboards, students will explore the seamless transition between battery charging/discharging modes and the steady-state operation of the voltage source converter, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of UPS functionality and its real-time applications.
