Impedance Measurement | Quick Start Guide
- 1 Parameters
- 2 Results
- 2.1 CSV data
- 2.2 Online graph
- 2.3 Offline Graph
Parameters
To start with the Impedance Measurement feature, Select the bus on which you want to measure the impedance, define the frequency range and increment, then click the Play button to generate the data and the graph.
Variable | Description | Unit |
---|---|---|
Bus | Name of the Bus in the system | NA |
Frequency min | Minimum Frequency | Hz |
Frequency max | Maximum Frequency | Hz |
Increment | Frequency scan resolution increment | Hz |
Results
CSV data
The Data tab displays the measured values (impedance magnitude and impedance angle) according to the parameters. Results can be saved in .csv format.
Online graph
If you have an internet connection, HYPERSIM will use a Google plugin to display the data in HTML graphs.
Graphs can be regrouped into 1 graph using the “single graph” option
Zoom in by scrolling back with the mouse and go back from the original zoom with a right click.
The graph can be exported to an HTML file
Offline Graph
In case online services are unavailable, HYPERSIM will display the results using local graphics features.
