Fundamental

The Fundamental component computes the fundamental value of the input u over a running window of one cycle of fundamental frequency given by input f.  The reference frame required for the computation is given by the input wt.

The output is held constant to the specified Initial magnitude and Initial phase values for one cycle of the specified initial frequency.
