EHS SOLVER HSCS SOLVER
This component device allows current to flow in both directions and can also block voltage in both directions. Its states depends on gate control signal (controlled commutation) and on the conditions imposed by the external circuit: the transition from conduction to blocking state only occurs when the current is null.
