Note:
When the switch is on (closed) the series resistance between the From Bus and To Bus is 1e-6 pu.
When the switch is off (open) the series resistance between the From and the To Bus is 1e6 pu The shunt admittance connected to the switch is G=1e-6 pu.
When the switch is used to isolate an unenergized portion of the network that has loads, some numerical instability in the voltage of the isolated bus is expected. However, this will not affect the energized portion of the network.
