Note:  ePHASORSIM reads data and allocates memory for all built-in machines regardless of their initial in-service status in the input file. Thus, allowing these machines to be reconnected to the network during simulation. However, for better performance, remove machines from the input file which are initially disconnected and will not be re-connected during run-time.
