Introduction

This document provides information on how to integrate the eHS block found in the FPGA-based Power Electronics Toolbox library to your Simulink model.

System Requirements

Adding the Block to Your Model

Add the block to your Simulink model by dragging and dropping the eHS block found in the FPGA-based Power Electronics Toolbox library.

Integrating an FPGA-Based Circuit

Double click the eHS block to open the form. If you have not created an FPGA-Based circuit using the OPAL-RT Schematic Editor, click the Create new button to open the OPAL-RT Schematic Editor and create a new circuit.

Refresh circuit list

Once the circuit is created, return to your Simulink model and click the Refresh button. Your circuit should now appear in the dropdown.

Load circuit

Select a circuit from the list and click Load circuit.

After loading the circuit, the block will be updated with input and output ports bearing the same names as the sources, gates and measurements of the FPGA-Based circuit.
