eHS Variable Load - efsVariableLoad

Block

Table of Contents

Description

Variable Load network is based on the following circuit for threthree-phase load.

Mask Parameters

Resistor: This parameter sets the resistive value of RLC block.

Inductor: This parameter sets the inductive value of RLC block.

Capacitor: This parameter sets the capacitor value of RLC block.

Capacitor Resistor: This parameter sets the Capacitor resistive value of RLC block.

Sampling time: This parameter is used for offline simulation.

All the configurations mentioned above are only used for offline simulation.

Voltage Input Configuration

In order to map the voltage from variable load block back to eHS solver, variable load should be added as one custom input. And based on the following equations, each block has two outputs, where the first one represents voltage and the second one stands for current calculated in real-time simulation.

See the table below to know detailed info.

IndexDetailIndexDetail
1Voltage from variable load block #19Voltage from variable load block #5
2Current from variable load block #110Current from variable load block #5
3Voltage from variable load block #211Voltage from variable load block #6
4Current from variable load block #212Current from variable load block #6
5Voltage from variable load block #313Voltage from variable load block #7
6Current from variable load block #314Current from variable load block #7
7Voltage from variable load block #415Voltage from variable load block #8
8Current from variable load block #416Current from variable load block #8

As an example, variable load input #1, #3 and #5 are mapped back to eHS solver since three are variable load blocks are used in eHS circuit.

Current Measurement Configuration

Under Variable Load Configurator mask, current measurement should target the one used in the eHS circuit. Based on the netlist info, Y01, Y02 and Y03 should be selected for current measurements of variable load blocks.
