Version
Block
Mask
Description
This block allows a user to set the version of the bitstream that will be generated when the XSG model is compiled.
Parameters
Version | This parameter will appear in the last portion of the bitstream name, right before the .bin or .pdi extension. For example, with a value of 160 set in this parameter, the bitstream name that will be generated by the Synthesis Manager will end with ...-xx-A0.bin. Note that the value in the name is the hexadecimal translation of this parameter. Version ID range for RT-XSG models is from 0 to 255, or from 0x00 to 0xFF. |

Show advanced functions | This checkbox, when selected, enables advanced parameters in the mask. |
Minor ID | This parameter sets the Minor ID string in the bitstream file name. For example, a Minor ID value of 31 will give appear in the bitstream filename as "...-1F-xx.pdi" Note that the value in the name is the hexadecimal translation of this parameter. Minor ID range for RT-XSG models is from 0 to 255, or from 0x00 to 0xFF. |
User-defined string in the configuration file name | This string is customizable and will appear in the bitstream file name. |
Simulation pulse train, in seconds (for simulation purposes only) | This parameter sets the period of the ModelSync signal pulse train for the Simulink simulation of the RT-XSG design. It has no influence on the real-time simulation once the bitstream is generated from the RT-XSG model. |
Maximum fanout of the ModelSync and nRst signals | This parameter is used to set the maximum fanout of the stated signals. Limiting the fanout can help bitstream generation in timing- or area-critical designs. |
