Description

This block is required to define a RT-XSG Module. Place it in a subsystem (or at the root level) of a Simulink model to register it as a RT-XSG Module. In addition, this block can be used to attach custom properties to the module.

Parameters

The field Module Version allows to specify the version of the module. The version follows the MAJOR-MINOR-PATCH pattern. The default value for this property is 1-0-0.

The Properties List lists all properties in the module. Properties can be added with the + button and removed with the - button. Properties' name and value can be edited in the adjacent view when selected in the list.

Characteristics and Limitations

As with all fields tagged with the small blue italic “e” in RT-XSG Module blocks, the field Value supports Matlab expressions. You can write a numerical value directly like 15, use expressions such as 15*2 or use Matlab variable like “MyValue”. If “MyValue” is evaluable with eval() in the Matlab model workspace, the Value field will take that value during the IOCONF generation process.
