QEO Unpacking
Block
Mask
Description
This block recovers the data from RT-LAB through the DataIN and LoadIN blocks and generates the signals needed by an application block.
Parameters
This block has no parameters.
Inputs
DataIn | This signal must be connected to one of the DataINi output ports of the DataIn block. |
---|---|
LoadIn | This signal must be connected to one of the Cfg_INi input ports of the LoadIn block. |
LoadInSOF | This signal must be connected to one of the SofINi input ports of the LoadIn block. |
Outputs
Step[X] where X=[1,2] | The speed parameter of the angle generator. The speed is provided as a turn ratio per FPGA clock cycle, in the range [-0.5,0.5]. This value is likely to be very small and its format is Fix42_42. |
---|---|
NPPR [X] where X=[1,2] | This signal indicates the number of A/B pulses per turn (i.e. between two consecutive Z pulses if the rotation direction does not change). |
A leads B [X] where X=[1,2] | This signal is used to specify the encoding pattern (according to the encoder specification, the A pulse may come before or after the B pulse, for a positive speed). |
Polarity[X] where X=[1,2] | This signal is used to specify a polarity of A and B signals. |
Sync | This signal is used to reset the angle of the dedicated application block to 0. |
Differential | This signal is used to select the output with a differential on 'B'. |
Characteristics and Limitations
This Block has no specific characteristics or limitations.
